1. Who we are

2. The license

Buying Tweaker gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it on one Windows PC at a time. Premium features work while your Premium is active. Your key locks to the PC you activate it on; you can move it to another PC from your dashboard within the limits shown there.

You may not share, resell or publish your key, crack or modify the software, get around the license check, or use the software to break any game’s or service’s rules.

3. Purchases and payment

• You must be 18 or older to buy, or have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to use their payment method.
• Tweaker and the bundle are one-time purchases. The bundle includes 12 months of Premium from the day you buy it.
• Premium bought through PayPal renews monthly or yearly, as you chose, until you cancel. Cancel any time from your dashboard or your PayPal account; you keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and Tweaker itself keeps working.
• Prices may change; a change never applies to a period you’ve already paid for, and we’ll tell Premium subscribers before a renewal price changes.
• Refunds follow our refund policy. A chargeback or payment reversal ends the license.

4. What the software does

Tweaker changes Windows settings (registry, services, power and network configuration), manages memory and process priorities, and can edit some games’ settings files. It backs up what it changes and can revert it, but you use it at your own risk. Keep your own backups of important data.

Tweaker doesn’t inject into, read or modify the memory or files of games, apart from settings files the games themselves write. We don’t control third-party games or anti-cheat systems and can’t guarantee how they treat any software.

5. No warranty

The software is provided “as is”. Results depend on your hardware and configuration; we don’t promise any particular improvement in frame rate, latency or anything else.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

7. Ending the license

We may suspend or end a license that breaks these terms (for example a shared or resold key, or fraud). You can stop using Tweaker at any time.

8. Creator program

Creators earn the commission shown on their dashboard on payments made with their code, excluding refunded or reversed payments. Each commission is held for 30 days before it can be paid, then paid automatically to the creator’s PayPal account once the balance reaches the minimum shown on their dashboard. A payment refunded or charged back after it was paid out is deducted from later payouts. We may hold a payout for review, for example the first one, an unusually large one, or sales that appear to come from the creator themselves.

Buying with your own code (including through other accounts or someone else’s payment method), spam, and misleading claims aren’t allowed and forfeit unpaid earnings. Creators are responsible for their own taxes and for disclosing sponsorships as required where they post.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version here and tell subscribers about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of [country / state].
